Welcome to the 2026 – 2027 School Year!
We are thrilled to have you join us as a volunteer in the student store this year. Your support means so much, and we’re excited about the opportunity to work together in creating a fun and engaging environment for our students here at Tolt. We are officially opening the store on September 8th, so sign up now (sign up posted below)!!
A few important reminders:

Volunteer Requirements:To volunteer in the student store, you must be a current Tolt PTSA member and an approved district volunteer (please note that volunteer approval expires every two years).

Cookie Days are Back! Tuesdays and Thursdays will be dedicated to Cookie Days, but if you’d like to bake cookies on another day, feel free to sign up! Please note: we need at least one volunteer with a food handler’s permit to be present whenever cookies are baked. You can get your Food handler’s permit can be here.
- New Volunteers: A warm welcome to all our new volunteers! We’re so glad to have you. If you’re new, please be sure to sign up with an experienced volunteer for a training shift so you can get familiar with the student store operations. They will have TRAINER or a * next to their name.

Returning Volunteers: Welcome back! We’re so excited to see you return and look forward to working with you again this year. Please write TRAINER/* next to your name to help our new volunteers learn the ropes!

Lunch Schedule: Lunch schedules are the same as last year, and remember every Friday is an early release day! Volunteer start times are set around 20 minutes prior to lunch on non-cookie days and 30 minutes prior on cookie days. Please feel free to come earlier if you’d like more time.
